NOTE: This course is delivered as live online group training, via Zoom (not self-paced). You will access this course from your computer and will need a camera and microphone to participate. We will email you further instructions prior to the event.
This is an abridged half-day version of our standard full-day course. While a full day is required to cover the subject, this half-day course is a great introduction.

Far from being a trivial administrative document, client records and progress notes are key tools in recording client progress, demonstrating our duty of care and informing decision making.
This important and practical half-day course will help participants improve their documentation, making records more effective, relevant and efficient. It includes direct practice of all the skills covered, with individual feedback, along with take-home tools and templates for use in future writing.

- Improved writing style
- Inclusive and respectful language
- The legal and practical role of client records
