How payment plans work

  • Your order will be reserved but sent to you only after the full payment plan has been completed.
  • A minimum upfront payment is required to secure your order. This includes a surcharge, a non-refundable cancellation fee, and a refundable deposit.
  • You’ll receive a notification before each payment attempt. You must ensure sufficient funds are available.

Event description

Due to nearing date of the Rodeo and already sending to print, we can no longer place your company's logo in our event program or banner. We also cannot guarantee a tent or tables for your booth space or that your booth will have access to power. You are welcome to bring your own tent/tables/chairs for your booth.
