Interpret SCATS data that is available and how it can be used for your project

Emmanuel is the Managing Director of Trafficworks, and has a comprehensive understanding of traffic signal design and operation, street lighting assessments and designs, signs and pavement marking plans, road safety audits, as well as major road works traffic management strategies and plans.
Sandy Russo BEng (Civil & Computing) (Hons) RPEng (Civil)
Sandy is a Senior Associate with Trafficworks and has extensive experience in traffic signal design and operation, preparing traffic signal plans and controller operation specifications, as well as day-to-day management of the traffic signal network via the SCATS traffic control system.
