2025 All Saints Debutante Ball

Proposed Deb Ball weekends for 2025 will be Friday 9th, Saturday 10th May and Friday 16th, Saturday 17th May.  The number of evenings required will depend on Debutante numbers.

The Deb Balls will be held at the Portland Civic Hall, adhering to relevant Covid-safe restrictions in place at the time. Event registration will take place online via Humanitix.

Dance Training: Dance training would commence in March and run for approximately 10 weeks. Please note that training is likely to be held over the Term 1 holidays. Training will be held once a week on a Wednesday from 7pm (if this changes you will be notified prior to training commencing). Final dance rehearsal will be held at the Civic Hall on the Thursday before the debutante's allotted weekend. This will be a full rehearsal lasting 2-3 hours.

Dress Code: Debutante's will be required to source a dress that is white in colour and has a strap - strapless dresses are not permitted. We recommend consideration be given to the comfort of the dress and suitability to movement/dance. Girls will need white, elbow length gloves. Debutante's partners will be required to hire a suit and purchase shoes from Alex Cancian Menswear (cost aprox. $230).

Registration Process: The registration is for each couple and only needs to be completed by one person in the couple.  

The registration process has 2 parts:

A: a non-refundable $100 payment required by Monday 9th December to secure your spot in the 2025 Debutante Ball  
B: the remainder of the registration fee of $180 payable by 20th January 2025. Both payment can be made at the same time if you prefer).

Full registration cost $280.00.

NOTE:  Debutants must source their own dance partner for this event.

T ickets: Debs are generally allocated max 10 seats for their table. Tickets are $50 each with supper provided. Tickets become available for purchase in April 2025.

Disclaimer: Should this event need to be cancelled/postponed for any reason - including and up to the day of the event - All Saints Parish School will refund all registration fees (including the non-refundable $50 deposit) and any ticketing. All Saints School will not be responsible for any costs incurred by the debutante or her partner in the lead up to the event cancellation/postponement.
