2025 Annual General Meeting
Event description
The North West Business Alliance Board invite all current members and interested businesses to attend our 2025 Annual General Meeting on Wednesday 29th October. Please note that only financial members will be eligible to vote at the meeting.
Join us for drinks and nibbles from 5.30pm with the meeting commencing at 6.00pm.
Your first drink will be complimentary.
The meeting agenda, annual report and special resolution will be emailed to all members at least 7 days prior to the meeting. Non-members who are interested in receiving the meeting documents should contact the NWBA at info@nwba.org.au.
The NWBA is always interested in hearing from people who can contribute to the Objectives of the NWBA by being a member of a small but enthusiastic Board. If this is you please contact us at info@nwba.org.au and request the Board Nomination form.
Please note that the Constitution requires that all Board members are financial members of the NWBA however this can be arranged on the successful election of a new Board member and is not required to submit a nomination form.
