Thank you for your purchase to the 2025 beacon awards in association with oOh!media.

Important Information:

Tickets for this event will be virtual (these are sent directly to the email used when completing your order)
Tables will be allocated to each ticket 1 week prior to the event (11 July 2025). Once your tables have been allocated they will appear on your tickets found within your ticket confirmation email
Ticket sales will end at 4pm on the 10th of July
All dietaries must be updated by 4pm on the 10th of July. To update your guests requirements click 'manage order' within your ticket confirmation email
For convenience you may print your virtual tickets, please refrain from doing so until you have allocated seats. (These should appear on your tickets by the 11th of July)

Venue: Viaduct Events Centre | 171 Halsey Street, Auckland CBD 1010
Doors Open: 5.30pm

Bar service will be paused for the duration of the show and our friendly waitstaff will provide table service. Please ensure you have arrived by 6.00pm to be seated.

The show will commence promptly at 6.30pm with a mihi whakatau from Ngāti Whātua Ōrākei, during which no access will be permitted into the auditorium.

We ask that all guests attending the 2025 beacon awards ceremony act with decorum and respect for those presenting and receiving awards. The 2025 beacons afterparty will run until 10.30pm.
