2025 Big Shots for Arizona Awards Ceremony

You're Invited - Big Shots for Arizona Awards Ceremony!

On April 15, 2025 from 5:00pm to 8:00pm, TAPI will hold the Big Shots for Arizona Awards Ceremony to recognize those who are doing great work to keep our communities safe from vaccine preventable disease. At the Ceremony, we will celebrate individuals, organizations and practices who have improved immunization rates in Arizona over the past year.

This celebration recognizes:
- Dr. Daniel T. Cloud Award Winners
- Big Shots of Arizona Award Winners

We will hold the Awards Ceremony at the DoubleTree by Hilton Phoenix Mesa, the same location as last year. Business attire suggested. The event will be open seating unless reserved tables are purchased. A buffet dinner and drinks will be served.

Tickets (Please purchase by April 8, 2025)

- One free ticket is available per award winning practice. Even if your practice won Cloud awards for both Toddler and Teen, your practice will only receive one free ticket. Winners will be notified about how to claim free tickets.

- Single tickets are $90 per person (Includes a buffet dinner, dessert and 1 free drink ticket)

- Table of 10 is $900 (Includes 10 tickets. Each ticket holder will be entitled to the buffet dinner, dessert and 1 free drink ticket.)

- Table Sponsorship is $1200 (Includes 10 tickets. Each ticket holder will be entitled to the buffet dinner, dessert and 1 free drink ticket. Also includes organization's logo in program and in presentation slides.)

- Education Sponsorship is $2,500 (Includes 10 Tickets. Each ticket holder will be entitled to the buffet dinner, dessert and 1 free drink ticket. Also includes organization's logo in program and in presentation slides, acknowledgment during event announcements, and social media mention.)

- Science Sponsorship is $5,000 (Includes 10 Tickets. Each ticket holder will be entitled to the buffet dinner, dessert and 1 free drink ticket. Also includes organization's logo in program and in presentation slides, acknowledgment during event announcements, social media mention, and commemorative gift as a token of appreciation for your support.)

- Advocacy Sponsorship is $6,500 (Includes 10 Tickets. Each ticket holder will be entitled to the buffet dinner, dessert and 2 free drink tickets. Also includes organization's logo in program and in presentation slides, acknowledgment during event announcements, customized branding opportunity: collaborate with event organizers to customize branding opportunities tailored to your company's objectives. Sponsor can provide an exclusive promotional item to be given to event attendees. Also included is social media shoutouts and commemorative gift as a token of appreciation for your support.)
