2025 Annual General Meeting

ALL WELCOME
Boorowa Community Landcare Group (BCLG) is a dynamic not for profit environmental organisation that has evolved over the past 30+ years in our community.
Environmental volunteering offers a range of benefits for individuals, environmental organisations and the natural environment. These include enhanced mental and social health, and connection to place and learning about the environment. BCLG supports a culture of social inclusion, succession & recruitment to allow space for individuals to contribute in a valuable meaningful way.
If you would like to make a contribution to this organisation, we invite you to consider a role on the committee for 2026. New recruits are welcome & will be supported with an induction process.

All Boorowa Community Landcare Committee Positions will be open for nominations.

This years AGM will still be hosted at the Boorowa Ex-Services Club and will include a 2 course meal for $30 per person.

We will also be welcoming membership renewals at time of booking or on the evening.

We look forward to catching up and reflecting on our Landcare activities during 2025 and reporting back on the BCLG Members survey to discuss activities for 2026.

Our guest speaker will be Rodney Freeman

Rodney is a Wiradjuri man from Young.

He has worked in different government positions over the last 25 years from NPWS NSW, Land services NSW, land and Sea ranger coordinator WA and Queensland then DEECA at Victoria.

Currently he is a senior Aboriginal community support officer, a position which he has been in nearly 2 years

Time: 6.00 pm Annual General Meeting

Dinner: 7.00 pm & Guest Speaker

Cost: $30 incl GST for Dinner (Membership renewals can also be done at booking or on the evening)
