Come and get comfy in the icy water!! Join in with a fantastic group of people at our weekly breath and freeze session. We are located along the Murray River near Albury. It's a stunning location with a caring and supportive cold loving community. This weekly class has been running for 18 months.

Cold therapy is an incredible experience of being able to find the peace and calm in a stressful situation, the cold. You will realise how capable your body is, and we are actually made for this, dealing with extreme environments. This then has an overflow effect on your daily life in being able to deal with stress, just one of the many benefits!

I totally get it, I used to hate cold water, it would take me ages to get in and sometimes I just wouldn't get in. Over trial and error I found a way that worked for me and I am passionate that you will love the cold water as much as I do. I don't push you, I create a caring environment to empower you to make the choice to get in.

What to expect: We go over the benefits of breathwork and ice-baths, we will start with 25minute breathwork which allows you to unwind, relax and let go of fears, stress, emotional blockages, I will guide you through the experience. After the breathing we will then individually immerse into the ice bath (always optional).

Contraindications: We advise against participation during pregnancy, or if you are epileptic. If you have high blood pressure or any heart issues and are medicated please consult your GP to see if this therapy is safe for you.

What to bring:

Yoga mat
Towel
Swimmers
Water bottle
Warm clothes/blanket, this is very important on cooler day for the breathing aspect.
