Cystic Fibrosis Tasmania (CFT) helps Tasmanians with Cystic Fibrosis (CF) live longer and healthier lives and supports and advocates for the CF community and their loved ones. We work collaboratively with other CF Associations around Australia to enhance the lives of those living with CF.

Cystic Fibrosis Tasmania became an incorporated association in 1995 and is a not-for-profit organisation with Deductible Gift Recipient status. As a small charity, CFT relies on the generosity of our supporters, donors and volunteers to deliver high-quality support to Tasmanians living with CF.

Our team of staff is small, but we are passionate about supporting our members and their families in the most meaningful way possible. CFT is governed by a committee of ten volunteers, including parents of people with CF, supporters with business and leadership skills, and adults living with CF.
