Join us for an evening of reflection, conversation, and planning, designed for men who want to step into the new year with clarity and purpose. Together, we’ll slow down, take stock of the past year, and realign with the values and habits that define the man you want to be.

Through guided exercises, open discussions, and actionable insights, this workshop will help you:

Celebrate the growth and lessons of 2024.
Identify the values and behaviors that will guide you in 2025.

What You’ll Experience

2024 Recap: Reflect on the past year—what worked, what challenged you, and where your energy was spent. Share your experiences with like-minded men and celebrate your journey.
Values Review: Realign with your core values. Explore what mattered most in 2024 and identify what will guide you in 2025.
Intentions for 2025: Define behavior-based goals that align with your values. Create a vision for the year ahead and commit to meaningful actions.

Your Hosts

Dynas Heart and Matt Anderson are two of the core members at the Junto Men's Hub having been involved over the last 5 years as members, leaders and facilitators.

Dynas brings over a decade of experience in personal growth and men’s wellness. With 12 years of entrepreneurship, 10 years of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, an engineering background, and 5 years leading Men’s Spaces and Retreats, he blends discipline, insight, and empathy. Dynas creates a safe, supportive forum—welcoming newcomers and empowering members alike.

Matt brings his experience as a leader and mentor as well as his experience supporting personal development through coaching in professional and personal forums over many years. Matt’s skills will help craft the discussion and contemplation into tangible and actionable steps that can form a baseline for progress and pride.
