2025 Chef's Table

Join us at The Chef’s Table on Thursday 8 May 2025 as we showcase the best of the Western Downs produce in an elegant tasting experience like no other.

With a twist from the usual seating dining experience, this year guests will be treated to an afternoon of gourmet canapes and tastings under a canopy of trees on a rural property in the Western Downs. A local chef will again be featuring a selection of gourmet canapes and Hors D'oreuves which will showcase the best of Western Downs produce.

TSBE Member price: $120 

Non-member price: $150

Please note - Parking on site is very limited so the complimentary bus service from Dalby City Centre or connecting bus service from Toowoomba is encouraged.

Please be advised that there is no parking at Jubris Hideaway, therefore buses will transport all guests to the event from either Toowoomba or Dalby. Buses will depart from Toowoomba at the Toowoomba Bus Interchange and from Dalby at MyAll 107.

Guests are welcome to park their cars for the day at the pickup location in Dalby - the vacant lot at MyAll 107.

Please let us know which pickup location you will be using here.

Buses will depart on time, please ensure you arrive before the scheduled departure time.

Bus Schedule

Transport to Jubris Hideaway:

• 9am - Depart Toowoomba Bus Interchange (23 Neil Street, Toowoomba)
• 10am - Depart Dalby at MyAll 107 (Vacant lot at 107 Drayton Street, Dalby)
• 10.30am Arrival at Jubris Hideaway

Return transport to Dalby/Toowoomba:

• 2.30pm - Depart Jubris Hideaway
• 2.45pm - Drop off in Dalby at MyAll 107
• 4pm - Arrive at Toowoomba Bus Interchange
