2025 Christmas Drinks

Join us for our final gathering of 2025 and a preview of the brand new Garden Bar at Cascade Brewery Bar.

The Garden Bar will be the venue's primary function space when it opens early in 2026. Hidden at the back of the gardens, it will be the perfect location for both corporate and private events. Finishing touches are still in progress to make the space even more beautiful, private and accessible, so we are thrilled to have the opportunity to give you an exclusive preview.

Our Christmas event is purely about celebration and connection ahead of the busy summer season, so formalities are kept low-key, but there will be a few treats in store and prizes to be won for those in attendance.

Humanitix is an Australian-based company creating positive social impact in communities around the world. We are also doing our part, promoting Tasmanian causes and encourage you, if possible, to make a donation when selecting your ticket.

For this event, we are collecting donations for the Hobart City Mission. HCM offers assistance to those who need it most in the Southern Tasmanian community by providing emotional, physical and financial support and guidance. Christmas can be an especially difficult time for people who are doing it tough, so if you can donate the cost of a drink or snack (or more!), together we can make a difference to those in need.

Please note that there are regularly photographers at our events, taking photos for use on digital platforms. If you do not want to be photographed, please let us know when you RSVP, or on arrival at the event.

We are able to deliver Tips and Tipples events to our members free of charge as part of their membership benefits package, however, if you are not a partner or financial member of DST and would like to come, or if you are a member and would like to bring a guest, please contact us. Please let us know if you have any specific access requirements.
