We think our festival is very special.

What began 28 years ago as a street festival in the historic main street of Cobargo has grown into a joyful three-day celebration of folk and roots music, song, dance, craft and more in the relaxed Sapphire Coast hinterland of New South Wales. Proudly produced and presented by the Yuin Folk Club Inc since 1996, the Cobargo Folk Festival is wholly volunteer-run, independent and non-commercial. Any profits we make go to helping grow music and art in our beautiful region.

Our festival is a place where you can be immersed in a range of different experiences, camp and reconnect with family and friends, and enjoy a session or more, maybe with a couple of performers who love a jam, over a drink and some great food. Close to pristine National Parks and some of Australia's best beaches, come and enjoy the festival and stay awhile!

The festival is a licensed event. Please do not bring alcohol onto the site. The festival has a strict NO GLASS policy.

The Cobargo Folk Festival has a strictly enforced NO PETS policy. Registered assistance animals are welcome.
