The Customer Experience Awards are back for 2025 and are FREE for businesses to register!

Businesses must register online to be in the running for the award, and then the public will decide who wins via a text-to-vote system.

Businesses registrations for the Award are open between May 7th - June 29th
Text to vote round opens between the 16th July - 30th July
There will be a Customer Experience winner selected for both Kāpiti and Horowhenua business regions
Any business that has customers can enter – it's about the public voting for the business with the best customer service!
