2025 Customer Experience Business Registration - Electra Business & Innovation Awards

The Customer Experience Awards are back for 2025 and are FREE for businesses to register!

Businesses must register online to be in the running for the award, and then the public will decide who wins via a text-to-vote system.

• Businesses registrations for the Award are open between May 7th - June 29th 
• Text to vote round opens between the 16th July - 30th July
  
• There will be a Customer Experience winner selected for both Kāpiti and Horowhenua business regions
• Any business that has customers can enter – it's about the public voting for the business with the best customer service!
• Huge wrap-around marketing opportunity for all registered businesses!
• All materials needed to promote the text to vote round to your customer will be sent to your business ahead of the voting round opening - we will be in touch following entries close.

No entry form, no judges interviews, simply register to be eligible for the public voting round!
