Dinner is included and will start approximately 5:00 PM.

$100.00 Hole Sponsor: Includes signage at one tee box

$500.00 Gold Sponsor: Includes signage at dinner

$700.00 Platinum Sponsorship: Includes signage at dinner + team entry fee

Individuals registration with assignment to another team is available at $80.00 per person
