Registration begins at 11:00 AM
Golf Instructions and tee off: 12:45 PM
Dinner is included and will start approximately 5:00 PM.
**Golf registration includes dinner and two drink tickets. **
Sponsorships available with hole signs provided for each as well as additional promotion, depending on level of sponsorship.
$100.00 Hole Sponsor: Includes signage at one tee box
$500.00 Gold Sponsor: Includes signage at dinner
$700.00 Platinum Sponsorship: Includes signage at dinner + team entry fee

Team + $230.00 Gold Sponsor - $500.00

Individuals registration with assignment to another team is available at $80.00 per person
