PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!!

With Licentious classes, students can leave societal norms at the door as we create a safe, engaging space for all people, genders, experience levels, abilities and backgrounds, to learn and explore the deliciousness that is the seduction of tease mixed with the spiciness of kink! Abilities is an important one to me! I endeavour to create pieces that can be adapted for all ranges of movement, body size and neurospiciness. If you have concerns about being able to learn or physically do the acts that I create, please let me know!

Mya's Slinky Sundays

3pm Sundays - Not every week due to studio availability - please check dates when booking!

If you are:

• new to dance/performance/ burlesque

• experienced performer but "not a dancer"

• experienced with it all but want to get Licentious without the commitment of a whole term

Then this class is for you! Each week will have a different theme, covering:

• the fundamentals and history of burlesque,

• the strip and tease,

• the fundamentals of kink,

• using kink in performance,

• fundamentals of dance and movement, and,

• connection to the body and intention when performing.

Either pay as you go or book in advance to secure your place - limited spots available.

Solo/Act Development - SOLD OUT

9 Week Term, Performance AND Photoshoot Included

This class is aimed at those with a kinky concept and looking for a stage. This 9 week series will include choreo tools, stage mapping, personalised feedback, stage presence, face and intention, lighting and sound, with special guest teachers joining for additional education and special tips! ALSO, every new act needs a new photoshoot! Our very own Wild Kat will join us during the term to get a promo pic for your new act!

Please note: This class will be by Expression of Interest form. This is not about gatekeeping! It's purely to ensure alignment with the themes of Licentious and preserve performance spots for kinky acts that get far fewer opportunities to see a stage. Acts will be selected based on concept, feedback provided on request!

Sundays 5pm

Level 1 - Connection Through Shibari

9 Week Term, Performance Included

Yes, this act will incorporate the use of shibari (rope bondage) to explore connection in all the delicious ways. J (she/her), with 5 years experience and founder of Raunchy Ropes, and Licentious family since the beginning 2022, will be joining us throughout the term to instruct students on fundamentals of shibari practices, safety, rope handling as well as teaching fundamental skills like single column ties and nodomaes. And no, you don't need a partner to enrol in this class - the burlesque component will have options for partner and self tying.

*This class will feature Level 1 choreography due to the added complexity of learning shibari skills. It will be slow and sensual to focus attention on the rope and the experience.

*Cost includes experienced rope facilitator, 1 x hank of rope and 1 x pair safety shears per person.

Level 2 - Pet Play

9 Week Term, Performance Included

Think pet play is soft and cute and cuddly? It can be... but also...

A fierce and feisty reverse strip is taking the overworked, tired, frustrated vanilla world into the wild, connected and FREE. Unleash your playful side with this dive into one of the most popular kinks known to the community. Discover the psychology and intentions behind this kink, play with different energies to find a creature that calls to your personality and learn rituals and techniques to assist in grounding the senses to embody the essence of your inner animal. Handlers/Top/Dom/me energies encouraged to join the adventure as this act is fierce!

Level 3 - Full Submission Ft. Wild Kat

9 Week Term, Performance Included

Ever wish you had been collared by Mya or Wild Kat? Now's your chance! (Performance purposes only :P) For those who wish to submit! A decadent act exploring the power in submission. With guest teacher the incomparable Kat Wild delivering content each week on submission training, d/s dynamics and so much more! And yes, Mya AND Wild Kat will be featuring in the act! Yeah, it's gonna be YUM.

Open Kinky Heels

9 Week Term, Performance Included - Casual attendance by request.

Lead by the absolute powerhouse The Brotherhood, this class is aimed at those ready to step up their dance abilities and merge kink, burlesque AND heels to train with one of Perth's best. Kink inspired, technique driven, get ready to get steamy with as The Brotherhood gets Licentious!

ALL CLASSES:

The term classes will begin with a comprehensive Kink 101 covering topics from burlesque, kink, consent, RACK (Risk Aware Consensual Kink) and SSC (Safe, Sane and Consensual) practices, followed by 7 weeks of structured classes - sprinklings of kink education and burlesque technique throughout, and then a full dress rehearsal night in the lead up to the show.

PLUS WK9 Dress Rehearsals - details TBC.

In term class, all students will learn choreography to one group act AND participate in the opening OR closing number for the show. 

Group students will have the opportunity to perform the group act and opening/closing on ONE of the following dates hosted at Connections Nightclub in Northbridge. Solo/Act Dev student will perform on 2 nights each.
