Learn about the world’s most pressing problems and pursue high-impact careers.
Effective Altruism UWA (EAUWA) is a new student club affiliated with the UWA Student Guild Societies Council. We offer in-depth semester-long fellowships on effective altruism and strategic career planning, modelled after similar programs from Oxford and Harvard. See our pages to apply. We also run recurring socials throughout the year.
Membership benefits:
- Free or discounted access to our events and catering.
- Borrow 1-2 books from our library for the semester or holidays.
- Eligible to vote under our Constitution and run as a candidate for executive roles.
- Added to our newsletter for all EA club events and updates (you can easily unsubscribe).
Annual membership is $5 (UWA Student Guild) or $10 (Non-UWA Student Guild).
