2025 Mentally Fit EP 3C's Conference

The fifth annual Mentally Fit EP 3C's Conference is being held on Saturday 22nd and Sunday 23rd February, 2025.Â
The conference gives opportunity for people volunteering and working in the wellbeing and suicide prevention space. It is intended as a platform for community members from the Suicide Prevention Networks and Wellbeing Groups from across Eyre Peninsula to come together to connect, communicate and create community driven initiatives.
2 days of information, education and breakout engagement activities.Â
1 night of fun, connection and networking.
- Day 1 Saturday 22nd Feb: 8:30am-4:30pm. Morning Tea, Lunch and Afternoon Tea included.
- Saturday night dinner, 22nd Feb: 6:30pm - 11pm. 3 Course Meal and Quiz included.
- Day 2 Sunday 23rd Feb: 8:30am - 12:30pm. Morning Tea included. Option to continue to to an Equine Therapy session at 1:30pm.Â
Please ensure you grab yourself a ticket for each of the options. If you are connected with an Eyre Peninsula Suicide Prevention Network or Wellbeing Group, please choose the ticket option that reflects this. Your ticket will be free.
If you are not part of an Eyre Peninsula Suicide Prevention Network or Wellbeing Group, please choose the Community Member ticket options, which come at very affordable prices of $30 for Day 1, $30 for the Dinner and $15 for Day 2. Attendees also receive a goody bag packed with gifts and information on arrival.
More details to come however, the conference content will again include sharing of wins and challenges across the region, opportunities to connect with others, workshops and guest speakers, self-care, drumming circle, lived experience... and more!
