National Capital Education Tourism Project

Canberra Educational Tourism Summit 27–28 February 2025

Thursday 27 will be at the newly opened Australian War Memorial Theatre.

Friday 28 will be at the National Museum of Australia’s Visions Theatre,
followed by a FREE viewing of the spectacular Pompeii exhibition.

The Summit agenda will include:

The launch of the National Capital School Excursion Planner 2025.
A discussion of the latest research related to the Size and Effect of School Excursions to the National Capital.
An update on progress toward the launch of Book Canberra Excursions 2.0.
A focus on child safety.
PACER updates.
A conversation about getting educational products international-ready.

Refund policy

2025 NCETP Education Summit Thursday 27 and Friday 28 February Refund Policy Tickets are transferable. Each ticket purchased can be used by another colleague, in the event the ticket holder is unwell or no longer able to attend the event. Permissible refunds If an individual is unwell or no longer able to attend the event, refunds can be processed by contacting the NCETP directly on admin@ncetp.org.au or calling 02 6162 4460, before Monday 24th February. Refunds can only be issued between Monday 24 February and March 28. No refunds will be issued after March 28. If an attendee can only attend 1 day, a single ticket $150. must be purchased. No 1 day or half day tickets are available. Verbal changes or cancellations will not be accepted. The NCETP is a not-for-profit organisation and is running this event on a cost recovery basis. TAX information and invoices All tickets are inclusive of 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST) You will receive a receipt of your purchase for tax purposes from Humanitx.
