2025 OLHC Long Lunch

The much-loved OLHC Long Lunch is back for 2025 – and you won’t want to miss it! As our major fundraiser for the year, this event promises a fabulous afternoon of food, drinks, live entertainment, raffles and auctions – all in support of our wonderful school community.

What to Expect

Pull out your most fabulous outfits and enjoy an afternoon in the sun on the school oval. Tables and chairs will be set up and seating is open, so no matter if you're solo, with a partner or with friends and family, everyone is welcome. Mix, mingle and enjoy being part of the vibrant OLHC community.

On the Menu

Drinks will be flowing from our licenced bar, with a curated selection of:

• French champagne

• Sparkling wine

• Beer & wine

• Non-alcoholic options

• Please Note: No BYO drinks are permitted.

Pre-purchase your French champagne and sparkling wine with your ticket or buy at the bar on the day.

A delicious food truck will be on-site – no pre-orders needed.

Fundraising Fun

• Live auction with amazing items up for grabs

• Raffles throughout the day

• Raffle tickets, food and drinks available via cash or EFTPOS

• Auction winners must pay in full within 24 hours

Tickets

• The event is 18+ only - strictly no minors

• Tickets are sold individually and include event entry, entertainment and support for our school's fundraising efforts

• The event is open to our whole community - parents, families, friends, local residents and school supporters are all welcome to come along

• Tickets and pre-purchased drinks are non-refundable

• If you can no longer attend, please find a home for the ticket or donate the ticket cost to support our annual fundraiser.
