Thank you for your interest in having a stall at the 2025 Oxley Bush Market. Please read the information below carefully before completing your application.

GENERAL INFORMATION

All goods must be home grown or produced, hand-made, upcycled or new items and must be of a high quality.
The Committee is keen to ensure the widest possible variety of goods on sale and we may choose not to have multiple stalls selling the same product type.
We are a small community and proudly support the producers in our local area. The Committee will prioritise local producers where we have multiple applications for similar product types from different areas.
Please reduce your use of plastic packaging and aim to use minimal or recyclable packaging for your goods.
You will need to provide a copy of your Public Liability Insurance to us if your application for a stall is successful.
All food businesses must be registered with the Rural City of Wangaratta and comply with existing food laws. If you are a mobile food business, you will also need to lodge a Statement of Trade at least 5 days before the market through the Food Trader website. No dogs are permitted at the market, except Guide dogs.
For the health of our market patrons smoking is strongly discouraged within the hall grounds.
Optus mobile service coverage is limited within the grounds. It is recommended the vendors bring a Telstra wifi reader in preference.

STALL SITES

You may request a stall inside the hall. Stalls inside the hall may be irregular in shape. A limited number of inside stalls are available and they are allocated according to the suitability of the product.
Please ensure your entire food truck/van fits within the stall site you have selected, including drawbar. If your van is greater than 4m long, you will need to book a double site.
Stall positions will be allocated by the organising committee and cannot be altered on the day to accommodate last minute requests.
A plan of the stall layout will be available from 6.30am on the morning of the market and you will be allocated your stall space by a volunteer when you arrive. Prior entry to the grounds is prohibited and no stalls may be set up before this time.
Vehicles should be removed from the site once your stall is set up. If this is not possible, then the vehicle must be parked within the allocated stall space or the adjacent stall must be paid for.
For safety reasons, vehicles cannot be moved inside the hall grounds until the market finishes at 2.30pm and stalls must not be packed up before this time.

APPLICATION PROCESS

Applications close at 5pm on Friday 12 September 2025

All applications returned by the closing date will be considered by the Committee.
We are restricted by space to 150 sites.
You will be notified if you have been successful in gaining a site by 26 September 2025.
If you have been unsuccessful, your payment will be returned in full by 26 September 2025.
There are no refunds for cancellations after 26 September 2025. The market will go ahead regardless of weather conditions.
