Balancing Performance and Mental Health

Conversations that count!

Performance conversations are rarely easy, especially when mental health is part of the picture.

Registrations are now open for our September Brisbane workshop.

Co-facilitated by our Dr Leith Middleton, Specialist Group Lead - Psychological Health and Safety - National, and Dr Joshua Shingles, Head of Workplace Strategy – Eastern Region, this workshop equips leaders with the mindset, knowledge, and skills to handle challenging performance conversations in a way that is both fair and human.

Grounded in legislation, best-practice frameworks, and real-world leadership experience, it offers a safe space to learn, reflect, and grow.
