Registration for RAR NAR will open Monday, June 16 at 10 am ET.

Join us for the second annual Radical Adventure Riders Northeast Autumn Retreat, a long weekend full of workshops, group rides, shared meals, bonfire stories, community building, bike skills, and joy! You will find us snuggling by the bonfire, practicing our gravel riding skills, and creating life-long friendships.

New this Year- Cabin Accommodations!

There are 3 communal bunkhouses (2 semi-enclosed lean-tos with bunk beds and one indoor cabin with bunk beds) available for participants who prefer to sleep on a bed. Please keep in mind that this shared cabin-style housing with only a mattress provided (BYO sleeping bags, pillows, blankets, etc.). Ticketing Types & Information:
Please recognize this retreat is intended only for FTWNB (femme, trans, women, and non-binary) folks. We appreciate you respecting this space for people who share these identities. Tickets are limited and are first come, first served. Once all tickets are sold, you will have the option to add your name and contact information to a waitlist.

BIPOC/Trans Ticket ($150)- we have reserved 35% of our tickets for individuals who identify as BIPOC, Trans or both. If this describes you, please select this ticket type!
BIPOC/Trans + Cabin Accomodations ($200)- This year we are excited to offer limited cabin spots for an additional cost. $50 extra covers 3 nights in a cabin.
General Admission Ticket ($175)- This ticket is for everyone else who fits within the gender demographics of this retreat.
General Admission + Cabin Accomodations ($250)-This year we are excited to offer limited cabin spots for an additional cost. $75 extra covers 3 nights in a cabin.
AG Scholarship Ticket- If you received the AG Scholarship through RAR Philadelphia to attend RAR NAR, please select this ticket type (overnight cabin accommodations free of charge if desired)
Organizer/ Volunteer/ Workshop Leader- If you are on the RAR NAR organizing team or you received an e-mail that you are volunteering/ leading a workshop at the event, please select this ticket type.

Accessibility Concerns: If you have specific accessibility requirements or another concern that requires you to sleep indoors, please reach out. We have a limited number of indoor spaces reserved for this reason free of charge to you.

Cost Concerns: If this event is financially inaccessible to you, but you are interested in attending, please reach out to us at rar.champlainvalley@gmail.com to discuss options. We want you here!

Waitlist: Waitlists will automatically appear for different ticket types once they are sold out. If you would like to join the waitlist, please add your information and we will notify you if a refunded ticket has been issued and we can offer you a spot. If you are BIPOC or Trans (or both), please check and see if there are General Admission tickets still available-- if there are, you can e-mail us for a discount code to still recieve the BIPOC/Trans ticket price.

Refund Policy: If your plans change after purchasing a ticket, you will be able to get a 100% refund up to 6 weeks before the event (July 18th). 50% refunds will be offered until 1 month before the event (August 1st). This gives waitlisted individuals enough time to plan for attending the retreat.

In addition to refunds, you also have the ability to resell your ticket through the Humanitix platform. This is a great option if you have a friend who would like to attend in your place!
