The air is filled with more than just the scent of coffee this festive season. We're adding a generous sprinkle of magic and cheer as we invite families to journey through the whimsical wonder of Santa's workshop at The Grounds Coffee Factory to meet the big man himself.

Spots will fill quicker than Santa's sleigh on Christmas Eve, so be sure to book ahead and secure your place now to make sure you don't miss out.

Please also note that this experience will occur in The Tea Room which is located on the upper level of The Grounds Coffee Factory, accessible via two flights of stairs with no direct lift access. As such, we strongly recommend leaving prams at home for this experience. If you or someone in your group requires special accessibility arrangements, please contact us (02) 9699 2225 before booking so we can discuss available options. We appreciate your understanding and aim to make every guest feel welcome and supported.

Your session includes 5-minutes with Santa to ask for your wish list, one (1) 6x8" printed photograph and three (3) individual digital downloads selected by our photographers and shared via email within 24-hours. Please note, this is not a portrait session - it's a quick, magical moment with Santa, so multiple poses and different family combinations won't be possible. The images selected by our photographers will be the only ones provided, and no custom edits or extra photos will be available. Thanks for your understanding!

HOW TO BOOK

1. Select your preferred date and click '9:30am'.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully.

To help us spread the Christmas cheer fairly, there's a limit of one Santa Photo Session per group. Multiple bookings under the same name or group may result in cancellation.
A maximum of six (6) people may participate in each session - and yes, that means all together at once. Unfortunately, we can't accommodate multiple different combinations within the same booking.
Please note that unfortunately we cannot accommodate pets for this experience.
Sessions are limited and will sell out quickly, so please book in advance. Once we're sold out, we won't be able to accommodate walk-ins - sorry, no exceptions!
Our photographer will select the best and final images, and each group will receive one (1) 6x8" printed photograph and three (3) digital downloads. While we aim for magic, specific poses, family combinations, and extra images cannot be guaranteed or requested.
All digital photos will be shared to the email address you register during check-out within 24 hours of your session. If you don't receive the email notification, please check your SPAM or junk mail folder before contacting us on (02) 9699 2225. All digital photos will be available for you to download until 1 January 2026. After this date, they'll be permanently removed from our system, so don't forget to save them somewhere!
Refunds must be requested at least 72 hours prior to your booked session. No refunds will be available after this time.
Santa's workshop is magical and his suit will be plaid! Please consider this before booking, as refunds will not be offered for guests who are surprised or disappointed by the styling, and images will not be re-edited or altered after delivery.
Please arrive on time for your scheduled session. We want you to have the best experience, but can't guarantee photos for late arrivals and refunds won't be issued if you, or anyone in your group misses your scheduled time. Please also be aware that parking to the area can be challenging, especially during peak periods, so make sure you allow plenty of time for a stress-free journey!
If you have joined the waitlist for a session that has sold out, please note that we cannot guarantee that the session will become available.
Consider booking a table in The Grounds Coffee Factory for a festive feast before or after your Santa Photo Sessions. Planning ahead is the best way to skip the queues and make the most of your visit!
