2025 Students as Partners Project Showcase

Help us to celebrate the projects, students and staff of the 2025 Students as Partners Project Grants Program. 

Join us for an exciting afternoon of presentations, nibbles and mingling. Meet with the teams and learn more about their empowering work to actively improve the university experience for themselves and their peers.

About the Students as Partners Project Grants Program: 

The Students as Partners Project Grants program empowers students as change agents to actively improve the university experience for themselves and their peers by proposing, leading and implementing a project in a particular area of focus. The program is part of the UTS Student Partnership Agreement and is a Student Services and Amenities Fees (SSAF) initiative. 

Student teams have partnered with UTS staff members to help support their projects. Through a proposal application process, 13 projects across all faculties and areas of academic engagement were chosen this year.  

This year’s program aims to create positive change in areas of academic engagement and partnership. These areas include assessment practice, teaching practice, policy and process review, academic support, and inclusivity in learner engagement.
