From energising Tai Chi to delicious plant-based foods and wellbeing market, we're all about promoting good health and wellbeing for a healthier, happier world.

This year, we take on a heartfelt mission: raising funds for

Black Dog Institute, the only medical research institute in Australia to investigate mental health across the lifespan;
Lifeline Australia, a national charity providing all Australians experiencing emotional distress with access to 24 hour crisis support and suicide prevention services.

General admission: AUD $5. Your generous donation will support the Black Dog Institute and Lifeline in advancing mental health research.
