Event description

Secondary school football players (Years 7-12 ) and their families are invited to join us as we celebrate the end of the 2025 football season!

Booking deadline: 3.00pm, Friday 22 August

Important information

  • It is an expectation that all 1st TC football players attend this event.

  • All attendees - including student football players - must book to attend this event. No at-the-door sales; names will be checked off on arrival.

  • Years 7-9 students and families are welcome to leave after dinner - before Senior team awards.

  • Places are strictly limited due to venue capacity restrictions.

  • Dinner and soft drink/water provided.

  • Dress code: 

    • Football player students: Full Winter College uniform (with blazer)

    • Adults/other guests (including siblings): Smart casual attire

Times

  • 5.30pm - 6.00pm: Doors/arrival

  • 6.00pm - 6.05pm: Introduction/Welcome/Prayer

  • 6.05pm - 6.30pm Years 7-9 Awards

  • 6.30pm - 7.15pm: Dinner

  • 7.15pm - 8.30pm: Years 10-12 Awards and Formalities

  • 8.30pm: Event concludes
