Ahurei 2025 – Ngāti Pūkenga Whānau Hui

Our Ahurei is back for 2025! Join us in Manaia for a weekend of whakawhanaungatanga, wānanga, and celebration with whānau from across the motu.

Together, we’ll enjoy kai, kōrero, kapa haka, waiata, and a full weekend programme designed for all ages. Whether you’re a regular or reconnecting after time away, this is our time to come together, strengthen our bonds, and create new memories.

🌿 Something for Everyone

• Rangatahi programme: interactive, hands-on activities and kōrero to inspire and empower our younger generation

• Pakeke sessions: relaxed spaces, wānanga, and opportunities to engage in te ao Māori in ways that fill the wairua

• A detailed programme will be posted up late August.

Pre-order your Ahurei 2025 t-shirt with your registration.
Please note:

• T-shirts must be collected in person at the event

• No t-shirt will be sent home or posted

• Under-3s will not receive a t-shirt due to limited sizing

  

🛏️ Accommodation & Transport Add-ons

Let us take care of logistics – add transport and accommodation when you register:

• Adult (18+): $15

• Child (under 18): $5

• Fully refundable until 4pm, Thursday 4th September 2025 (minus processing fee)

👶 Under 3s (Pēpi)

Pēpi are welcome! Please register them for catering purposes. No t-shirt included for this age group.

Even if you’re just coming as a day visitor, please register – it helps us make sure there’s enough kai, space, and resources for everyone.
