Event description
Celebrating a Decade of Impact
Our theme, Framing DE+I Futures, highlights the power of collaboration in creating a more inclusive tech workforce across all industry sectors. Together, we are disrupting barriers, driving innovation, and paving the way for a future where everyone belongs.
We proudly mark 10 years of shaping the future of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE+I) in the Australian tech workforce. From our humble beginnings in 2014 to becoming a national movement for change, the TechDiversity Awards have inspired business leaders and individuals to break barriers, champion innovation, and reimagine inclusion.
What to expect
In past awards, we welcomed visionaries like Miranda Ratajski, Chief Information Officer at Westpac, who ignited the stage with her passion for diversity and inclusion, emphasising how it leads to tangible business success. Janean Richards, Head of Division, Science and Commercialisation at the Department of Industry Science and Resources, who shared compelling stories of transformation and change. Her insights shed light on the pivotal role of diversity in driving innovation and shaping the tech industry.

By doing so, we aim to foster a fun and inclusive event where everyone feels valued, included, and able to express themselves authentically.
