2025 TrailGraze at Anvers Tasmania - Chocolate Workshop
Event description
Join us for an indulgent chocolate experience with Chocolatier Igor Van Gerwen at Anvers Tasmania over the 2025 TrailGraze weekend in North West Tasmania.
We are hosting six short workshops - three available on Saturday 12th April at 11 am, 1 pm, and 3 pm, and three on Sunday 13th April at 11 am, 1 pm, and 3 pm.
During this workshop, guests will craft chocolate clusters—the easiest and most versatile way to make great chocolates. They will use tempered chocolate with glazed fruits, roasted or unroasted nuts, spices, edible essential oils (like mint or orange), and other delightful ingredients. It's easy-peasy. You'll have the pleasure of taking home assorted Anvers chocolate clusters to savor later.
Indulge your taste buds with a guided tasting session accompanied by a beverage of choice, all included in the ticket price of $70.00 per person.
Don't miss this delectable opportunity to explore the art of chocolate making with Igor Van Gerwen!
Limited to 10 people per workshop.
