Back by popular demand, the Tasting Trail presents the 2025 TrailGraze Dinner – the ultimate kick-off to a weekend of food, fun, and adventure!
This exclusive event marks the start of the much-loved two-day TrailGraze weekend, where you’ll get to explore and taste the very best of North and North West Tasmania’s food and drink, featuring 27 of the region’s Tasting Trail producers.
Held at the stunning Tasmanian Food and Wine Conservatory just outside Devonport, and curated by our talented TrailGraze ambassadors – celebrated Australian chefs Lilly Trewartha and Jo Barrett, alongside one of Australia's top food and beverage experts Max Veenhuyzen – the 2025 TrailGraze Dinner is set to be an unforgettable evening.
The menu promises to showcase all 27 of the Tasting Trail producers taking part in the this year's TrailGraze event. Think fresh oysters from Tarkine Fresh, rich cheeses from Ashgrove Dairy and La Cántara, sweet and juicy berries from Christmas Hills Raspberry Farm, and Tasmanian crayfish from Hursey Seafoods. It’s a true celebration of the diversity and abundance of the Tasting Trail's finest produce.
The fun doesn’t stop at dinner – a fantastic range of Tasting Trail beverages will be served, including a welcome drink in the gardens, and a curated selection of wines, ciders, beers, and spirits throughout the evening. Expertly chosen by Max Veenhuyzen, the drinks menu features iconic Tasting Trail producers such as Ghost Rock Wines, La Villa Wines, Little Green Men Brewing, Hellyers Road Distillery, and many more.
Your TrailGraze Dinner ticket includes:
- A welcome drink on arrival, from a selection of TrailGraze’s beer, wine, and cider producers
- A bespoke menu crafted by Jo Barrett and Lilly Trewartha, showcasing the best of Tasting Trail produce, including canapés followed by a generous shared-style three-course feast
- Fun and lively commentary from MC Max Veenhuyzen, sharing fascinating (and fun!) stories about the Tasting Trail and its incredible producers
- Live music and entertainment to keep the vibes high all evening

TrailGraze is an annual event hosted by the Tasting Trail, a collective of food and beverage producers from North and North West Tasmania. The Tasting Trail offers a year-round, self-guided tour experience through the region.
