One Day, Two Meetings

We’re getting two important things done in one day:

• Approve the constitutional change at the Annual General Meeting (AGM)

• Formally dissolve the TSA at the Dissolution Meeting

RSVP Required

• RSVP by Wednesday, October 22 using this page or by contacting Kathryn Buss at the Office on 0468 864 906.

• Attending Online? Select “online” when RSVPing. A Zoom link will be sent before the meeting.

• Lunch Together: You’re invited to join us for a light lunch following the closure of the meetings ($15 per person). Please confirm your attendance for the lunch and any dietary requirements in your RSVP. Payment can be made by cash or credit card on the day.

Important Member Information

• Meeting Documents: View the notice, agenda and any related documents here.

• Quorum: The AGM requires 10% of members present (approx. 43).

• Voting: All registered members attending in person or online are eligible to vote.

• Proxies: If you cannot attend, you may appoint a proxy. Forms are available via the TSA website or at the Bentleigh Office or at the Bayswater Office (in the Hall).

Yes, a second AGM!

This will be the first TSA Limited AGM in our new structure, with all members now part of it - a real milestone for our community! At this meeting we’ll elect our Regional Head, Board Directors and Committee members then celebrate together afterwards with refreshments. More details will follow after the TSA Annual General and Dissolution Meetings.

Don’t forget to sign your Member Transition Form

To vote or stand for a position at the TSA Limited AGM, your Member Transition Form must be completed and returned by 3pm on Thursday, November 18.
