The 2025 University Colleges Australia Forum ('Leveraging Leadership: Shaping the Future of Collegiate Life') will be held on the Gold Coast from Tuesday 30 September to Thursday 2 October, with an optional Brisbane college tour on Monday 29 September.

Forum attendees will receive a 25% discount at QT Gold Coast. Please note that this discount is subject to accommodation availability. We encourage members to book their accommodation as soon as possible.

Optional Brisbane Colleges Tour
Members are invited to participate in an optional Brisbane Colleges Tour, which will be held on Monday 29 September in Brisbane. Expression of interest for the tour is now open and can be submitted here.
A separate ticket must be purchased for this optional event. Those who submit an expression of interest will be contacted with further information about how to purchase tickets. At this stage, the indicative ticket cost is $80. Your ticket will include lunch and transportation between Brisbane colleges and back to QT Gold Coast.
Attendees will need to make their own travel arrangements to arrive in Brisbane for the tour (transport back to the Gold Coast is included in the tour). We recommend that you fly into Brisbane airport or catch a train from the Gold Coast to Brisbane (this takes a little over an hour). If you are flying into Brisbane, we can store and transport your luggage on the bus.
Indicative schedule:
- 10:50am: Tour participants to meet in Brisbane (specific location TBC)
- 11am: Tour commences
- 12:30pm: Lunch at Women's College, UQ
- 3pm: Bus departs to QT Gold Coast

- King’s College
- Women’s College
