AN EXPRESSIVE ART THERAPY & YIN YOGA WORKSHOP IN YAMBA

Join Registered Art Therapist and Yoga Teacher, Sarah Post, for this immersive dive into visualisation and manifestation for the year ahead.

“The process of visualisation can help us gain clarity and maintain focus around what it is we want to bring into our lives.”

Bring to life your vision for the year ahead during this afternoon of vision boarding and Yin Yoga. You'll be guided through journal prompts to assist you in getting clear on your goals, be supported to create your unique vision board as a tool for calling in your intentions for 2025 and move through a Yin Yoga practice to help embody your vision.

WHO IS THIS FOR?
- If you want to gain clarity around what you want to bring into your life
- Those interested in personal growth and goal setting
- Any person wanting to start 2025 off with intention
- No art experience is needed, art therapy is for everyone
- Those physically able to safely move through a grounding Yin Yoga practice
- This event is open to anyone aged 18+

PLEASE NOTE
- Yoga mats and props supplied, though you are welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer
- Please arrive 10-15 min before the session start time to get settled
