In partnership with the City of Wanneroo, the Wanneroo Business Association is thrilled to announce the return of the Wanneroo Business and Community Expo on Wednesday, 19 March 2025.
This year’s Expo brings a fresh experience with a new venue and an exciting new format designed to provide even more value to local businesses. Expect a jam-packed day of networking, innovation, and opportunities to promote your business and make meaningful connections within the Wanneroo business community.

Exhibitor Bookings Details!
Reserve your booth today to promote your business to more than 400 visitors, including business professionals, the local community, and government representatives.
Event Schedule:
12.00-2.00pm – Exhibitor access for set-up
12.00pm-1.00pm – Exhibitor drop off zone
2.00pm-6.00pm – Expo officially open to attendees (Strictly no early pack-up)
From 6.00pm – Exhibitor pack down

Banksia Room - Powered Booth
$380 non-member | $330 WBA member
Located inside the Banksia Room, this booth is perfect for exhibitors who need access to power and a comfortable setup.
Inclusions:
- 1x 1.8m Trestle Table
- 1x White Tablecloth
- 1x Chair
- 2x Coffee Vouchers
Exhibitor Responsibilities: Exhibitors must provide extension cord (minimum of 5m), a maximum of one power board, and ensure all power cords are tagged and tested for safety.

Banksia Room - Non-Powered Booth
$330 non-member | $280 WBA member
This indoor booth offers a simple yet professional setup without the need for power.
Inclusions:
- 1x 1.8m Trestle Table
- 1x White Tablecloth
- 1x Chair
- 2x Coffee Vouchers
Exhibitor Responsibilities: No power access.

Jacaranda Court
$280 non-member | $230 WBA member
This outdoor space offers a 3x3m bay for exhibitors seeking to set up their own display.
Inclusions:
- 3x3m Bay
- 2x Coffee Vouchers
Exhibitor Responsibilities: Exhibitors must supply their own 3x3 marquee, table(s), and chairs.

Food Truck or Stall

This outdoor space is ideal for food trucks or stalls, with plenty of room for your setup.
Inclusions:
- Large Parking Bay

Exhibitor Responsibilities: No power is provided; exhibitors must make their own arrangements.

Banner Space
$50 non-member | $35 WBA member
Located at the entrance to the Banksia Room, this space offers visibility for your brand with a banner.
Inclusions:
- Space for 1x Banner (Maximum width of 1 metre)
Exhibitor Responsibilities: Banners larger than 1 metre in width are not permitted.

Refund Policy
Any cancellations for your expo booth must be made in writing and submitted to WBA. Refunds will be made based on the following:(i) Notice of greater than 14 days from the event date, a full (100%) refund will be made at the request of the Exhibitor minus booking fees; or(iii) Notice of 14 days or less from the event date, no refund will be given. No refunds or credits will be provided for non-attendance on the day. If you are feeling unwell, we ask that you do not attend this event. Photography and videography will be taken at this event for marketing purposes.
