2025 NATEA-SV Women in Motion: Career, Change, and Caring

About the Event

Join us in person for an afternoon of connection and conversation around the realities of navigating careers, life transitions, and the responsibilities of caring for others - while also remembering to care for ourselves.

We will start with a short intro of topics and topic hosts, followed by small-group discussions where participants can share experiences and ideas, and end with mingling and networking over light snacks and beverages.

Topics we will focus on:

• Career – re-entry, building influence, managing up, and exploring new opportunities

• Change – embracing life transitions and career shifts with courage

• Caring – nurturing ourselves, supporting kids, parents, family, and bringing empathy into work and life

While these topics often resonate strongly with women, this gathering is open to all genders who are interested in learning, sharing, and supporting one another through these important conversations.
