🌟 Clinician-Led Presentations
The Invisible Load: Tegan McKay, Psychologist and Director of The Mindful Hub, will lead a powerful workshop guiding guests in understanding how mental and emotional load can interfere with wellbeing. Guests will learn how to notice invisible stressors and make small adjustments to improve clarity, mood and energy.
Gut-Brain Connection: Megan Sinclair, Psychologist and Director of Wellness Avenue, will share the current research behind the gut-brain axis and the importance of a holistic approach to wellness. Learn science-backed ways to truly nourish your nervous system.
Coming Home to Your Body: Ashlee Spencer, Kinesiologist will support you to reconnect to the innate wisdom our bodies already hold. Exploring how to rediscover the simple practices of rest, balance and care that support both body and mind.
🎤 Panel Discussion:
Join Tegan McKay, Megan Sinclair, and Ashlee Spencer for an engaging panel where they’ll share their insights into wellness and how they support individuals to implement nourishing practices in their day-to-day lives.
🥗 Nourishing Lunch:
Enjoy a delicious, gluten-free, vegan lunch curated by local caterers The Wanderlust Chefs. Select your meal option when purchasing your ticket. These meals have been designed to optimise nourishment.
Satay Buddha Bowl - miso roasted tempeh, radish, crunchy shredded slaw, activated almonds, ribboned carrot, vermicelli noodle, mint, edamame beans, topped with cashew satay sauce.
Pumpkin & Cashew Curry - brown rice, spinach, chickpea, chana dahl, pepita, chili on brown rice with coconut raita.
Nourish Bowl - Maple Roasted pumpkin, tamari toasted kale, pepita pesto, cucumber, purple kraut, ribboned carrot, black rice, braised oyster mushrooms, toasted nuts.
🌊 Connect and Reflect: There will be multiple opportunities and activities throughout the day, designed to help you deepen your connection to yourself + the other attendees.
🧘🏼♀️To conclude the day, Anna Griffiths will guide you through a grounding meditation practice, to allow space for the days events to assimilate as you enter into the evening.
