At $120pp you will be immersed in a grounding manifestation session, including:

45 minutes of mindful movement on a provided pilates mats
Sound bath to settle into your mind, body and soul

Wear clothes you feel comfortable moving in, we suggest wearing layers during the cold winter weather than you can remove as you warm up
