We develop a suite of skills for managing conflicts and reconciling our differences productively and explore what it takes for genuine collaboration.

When and how to yield
Listening skills
Saying no
Collaborative vs confrontational language
Contagious calm
Collaborative decision making
Mediating agreement

SCHOLARSHIPS

We offer a small number of scholarships to those who would otherwise be unable to afford to attend. Scholarship recipients pay a nominal fee of $45 toward catering and materials. Click here to apply.
