This staff-focused session will gather feedback to help shape CSU’s 2026–2030 Accessibility and Inclusion Plan.

The workshop will run for 35–40 minutes.

We will explore:

barriers and enablers you experience in your work at CSU (online and/or on campus)

what would help you support student access and inclusion more effectively

What to expect at the workshop:
A friendly, facilitated discussion where staff perspectives guide the conversation.

Together, we will gather insights and capture key themes:

barriers experienced by staff

barriers observed for students, and

practical actions that could help reduce both

Please bring a laptop or device so you can add your ideas to a shared activity during the session.

Who can attend
All staff are welcome. You do not need to identify as having a disability to attend. We welcome staff with lived experience, allies, professional and academic staff, and anyone with ideas to improve access and inclusion for staff and students at CSU.

Accessibility
