2026-2030 Accessibility and Inclusion Plan Consultation Workshop CSU Bathurst, Wednesday 18 March 2026 12 noon STAFF

This staff-focused session will gather feedback to help shape CSU’s 2026–2030 Accessibility and Inclusion Plan.  

The workshop will run for 35–40 minutes. 

We will explore: 

• barriers and enablers you experience in your work at CSU (online and/or on campus) 

• what would help you support student access and inclusion more effectively  

What to expect at the workshop: 
A friendly, facilitated discussion where staff perspectives guide the conversation.  

Together, we will gather insights and capture key themes: 

• barriers experienced by staff 

• barriers observed for students, and 

• practical actions that could help reduce both 

Please bring a laptop or device so you can add your ideas to a shared activity during the session. 

Who can attend 
All staff are welcome. You do not need to identify as having a disability to attend. We welcome staff with lived experience, allies, professional and academic staff, and anyone with ideas to improve access and inclusion for staff and students at CSU.

How your feedback will be used  

A summary of your feedback will be provided to relevant CSU stakeholders to inform decision-making as the 2026–2030 Accessibility and Inclusion Plan is developed.
