AMSANT CQI Collaborative - CQI & Chronic Disease Beyond 2026: Strengthening Quality and Improving Care

Join us for the 2026 NT CQI Collaborative, a two-day conference bringing together Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Services, NT Health, clinicians, Aboriginal Health Practitioners and Workers, quality improvement practitioners, researchers and community partners from across the Northern Territory.

This year's theme, CQI & Chronic Disease Beyond 2026: Strengthening Quality and Improving Care, recognises that improving chronic disease outcomes requires more than excellent clinical care. It requires continuous quality improvement that strengthens prevention, early intervention, culturally safe care, health equity and system-wide collaboration.

Whether you are leading quality improvement initiatives, delivering clinical care, supporting community programs or interested in improving health outcomes, this Collaborative provides an opportunity to share innovative projects, practical experiences and lessons learned while connecting with colleagues from across the Northern Territory.

The program will feature keynote presentations, concurrent sessions, tabletop presentations and networking opportunities, providing practical ideas and strategies that participants can apply in their own services.

Please join us for the NT CQI Awards Night Dinner on Wednesday 7 October 2026 as we celebrate outstanding achievements in Continuous Quality Improvement and recognise individuals, teams and organisations improving health outcomes across the Northern Territory.
