2026 Blackheath Choir Festival

The Blackheath Choir Festival takes place annually over the weekend that holds the fourth Sunday in August. Blackheath is at the top of the beautiful Blue Mountains and is approximately 110 km west of Sydney.

The 2026 Festival takes place between Fri 21 Aug to Sun 23 Aug . There are 46 choirs participating, 3 free concerts, a Festival Chorus with 100 voices and the SHiNDiG (a BYO instrument and/or voice or just come and listen) at the Blackheath Golf Club from 9.30pm Saturday evening.

Ticket prices are $30 for the SHiNDiG and for each concert in Phillips Hall. These concerts each involve 6 choirs (Session 8 has 4 choirs plus the Festival Chorus).

There is a Weekend Pass available for the 6 concerts in the Phillips Hall (does not include the SHiNDiG), ticket price $120. This includes choosing a seat that is yours for all concerts.
