Description

The NWPFCA is proud to host the District 10 Football Combine & Recruiting Day — an outstanding opportunity for local student-athletes to showcase their skills and connect directly with college coaches.

$25 per high school player

$40 per college program

📅 Date: May 30
📍 Location: Hagerty Event Center (Cathedral Prep Facility – Erie, PA)
Combine: 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM

Parent/Player Presentation: 3:00pm - 3:30pm

Registration starts at 12:15PM.


Who Should Attend?

✔ D-10 Football players graduating in 2027 and 2028
✔ Student-athletes serious about playing at the next level
✔ Players looking to gain verified measurements and exposure

Combine Testing Events

Athletes will be evaluated and recorded in the following verified drills:

🏃‍♂️ 40-Yard Dash

Measures straight-line speed — a critical metric for every position.

🔁 Pro Agility (5-10-5 Shuttle)

Tests lateral quickness, change of direction, and body control.

🔺 3-Cone Drill

Evaluates acceleration, flexibility, and ability to bend and transition at speed.

⬆️ Vertical Jump

Measures lower-body explosion and power.

➡️ Broad Jump

Assesses horizontal explosiveness and overall lower-body strength.

Schedule

• 0:00–0:15 Rolling Registration and Height/Weight

• 0:05–0:15 Rolling Dynamic Warm-Up

• 0:15–1:00 Combine Testing (40, Pro Shuttle, Three-Cone, Vertical, Broad Jump)

• 1:00–1:05 Water and Transition

• 1:05–1:35 Parallel Position Sessions (Offense, Defense, Special Teams)

• 1:35–2:00 Competitive One-on-Ones

END ZONE A – TESTING ZONE

 40-Yard Dash: Two lanes with cones at 0, 10, 20, and 40 yards

 Pro Shuttle: Three cones (center, 5 yards left, 5 yards right)

 Three-Cone Drill: L-drill with 5-yard spacing

SIDELINE – POWER & JUMP ZONE

 Vertical Jump station (wall or Vertec)

 Standing Broad Jump start line with measuring tape

MIDFIELD – POSITION DRILLS

 OFFENSE (one half of field width):

 QB throwing lanes (hash to sideline)

 WR route cones at 5, 10, and 15 yards

 RB cut and catch cones

 OL mirror lanes (5 yards wide)

 DEFENSE (opposite half):

 DL get-off lines

 LB shuffle-break lanes (5 yards)

 DB backpedal lanes (10–15 yards)

 SPECIAL TEAMS (Sidelines and Middle)

 This secession will be extended into 1-on-1 period for players that were in either the D or O Indy

 Kickers/ Punters

 Snappers and Holders

 DB backpedal lanes (10–15 yards)
