FSAA Foodservice Today & Tomorrow Conference 2026

The FSAA Board of Directors invite you to register for the 2026 FSAA Today & Tomorrow Conference in Melbourne on Monday 31 August.

About the Event

Foodservice Today & Tomorrow is the annual conference for the Australian foodservice supply chain, a full day of data-led sessions and direct panel discussions for manufacturers, brand owners, distributors, ingredients and packaging suppliers, sales agencies, and service providers.

This year's program has been designed around the commercial pressures shaping the sector right now: economic uncertainty, shifting consumer behaviour, AI and procurement technology, sustainability demands, and the question of how businesses position themselves for the next five years.

Conference MC: Nerida McPherson

AI is already changing how foodservice businesses operate, connect with customers and find new efficiencies, and the pace is only picking up. Using his trademark live demonstrations, building real AI tools in front of the audience, alongside real-world case studies, Julian makes AI practical, accessible and immediately useful. Attendees will leave with ideas they can put to work in their business the very next day.
