Event description

The Eye and Ear Graduate RN Nurse Program facilitates the development of graduate nurses to become clinically competent in nursing. This includes developing professional relationships and delivering safe patient care in a supportive, professional working environment.

Aim of Graduate RN Nurse Program

To facilitate the development of the graduate RN to become a competent practicing nurse. This includes developing further skills and knowledge to deliver safe patient care and to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
