After 3 years in Esk the 2026 Gravel and Flannel Festival is heading to Wondai and the South Burnett over 3 days (3 to 5 July). Wondai has superb gravel, 2 MTB parks and a rail trail running through the town...it really does have something for everyone!

In a first of its kind the Festival will be "Taking Over" the historic Wondai Hotel 1903 with exclusive access for Festival participants over the full 3 days.

In addition to 3 organised gravel rides we are adding a Trail Run (Friday) and 2 MTB activities (Saturday and Sunday) thanks to the support of the South Burnett MTB Club. This will make the event a true multi-discipline Festival with participants able to choose which activities they wish to participate in each day.

Tickets

Tickets are available as follows:

3 Day/3 Activity Pass - Do 3 gravel rides or a Trail Run and 2 gravel rides or even a Trail Run, a gravel ride and an MTB activity the choice is yours.

2 Day/2 Activity Pass - Do 2 gravel rides, a Trail Run and a gravel ride or even a gravel ride and a Trail Run the choice is yours.

1 Day/1 Activity Pass - Select your chosen activity for the day (Note the Trail Run is only available on the Friday)

Each Pass entitles you to participate in your chosen activities as well as access to the Festival venue from 6.30am through to 10pm each night as well as participate in all other activities such as workshops.

Adult Non-Riding and Children's tickets are available. Children U14 who are not riding are FREE.

AusCycling Membership

To participate in the riding activities (Gravel and MTB) you will need to be a member of AusCycling. If you're not a member you need to choose the ticket option stating Non-member. The cost of a day licence will be added to the cost of the Pass you have selected. 3 Days ($25), 2 Days ($17) and 1 Day ($8). This will provide you with the AusCycling Insurance as provided to AusCycling Members.

What's included in your Festival entry...
